Transcript Course Addition Forms
Students who take Georgia Virtual School or any online tuition-based courses, have an option to have the course grade and credit posted to their transcript; however, if the course(s) is to be used to satisfy prerequisite and/or graduation requirements, the course must become part of the student’s official transcript. Once the credit is posted on the high school transcript, it cannot be removed.
Fall 2025 Transcript Course Addition Process for Rising 9th and 10th Grade (Classes of 2028 and 2029)
Starting Summer 2025, rising 9th and 10th grade students may only add 1.0 credit from FVA or GAVS to their transcript per semester. Students graduating in the Classes of 2028 and beyond will complete the "FCS Online Course Student-Parent Credit Acceptance Form" in Infinite Campus Parent Portal to ensure the correct online course credit and grade is posted to the student's transcript. The form should be completed in the semester in which the student took the online self-pay course.
The form will only be available to students enrolled in FVA or GAVS courses.

Summer Course Additions
The deadline to submit the Transcript Course Addition Request Form is August 12. After the deadline, our staff will begin reviewing all submitted requests.
Please note that adding courses to student transcripts is a manual process. Each request must be individually reviewed, and every course and grade must be entered by hand. Because of this, transcript updates take time to complete.
We appreciate your patience as we work through all submissions as quickly and accurately as possible. Please allow sufficient time for your transcript to be updated before contacting the counseling office regarding the status of your request.
